Refund policy

We accept returns on unworn jewelry within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in perfect condition including the original Lucy Kills box and pouch. We do not accept returns for damaged items, visibly worn jewelry, or pieces returned without full packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return is received and approved.

All vintage items are final sale due to their unique, one-of-a-kind nature. However, if something arrives damaged or significantly misrepresented, we’ll make it right.

Note: We understand this is an online store and things don’t always fit or feel right once they arrive. While most purchases are final, exceptions may be made for significant issues. Store credit or refunds will be offered at our discretion based on the situation and item value.
